We read every email. For data-rights topics, prefer privacy@leavetrac.app. For all other product questions use help@leavetrac.app or hello@leavetrac.app — whichever you already trust from the app; we reconcile them onto the same team.

Subscriptions

Pro is sold through Apple and Google with the price shown at purchase. Manage renewals under your Apple ID or Google Play account. If Upgrade or Restore does not flip your workspace to Pro within a few minutes, mail help@leavetrac.app with the store receipt email and approximate time of purchase.

Delete account

Owners and staff can use Settings → Delete account in the app for immediate removal where we offer it. Alternatively write to privacy@leavetrac.app from the email on the account — we comply within GDPR timescales.

Bugs

Send device model (e.g. iPhone 17 / Pixel 11), OS version, and what you were doing before the crash. Screenshots attached help enormously.
