Terms of service

Last updated: 18 April 2026

By creating an account or using LeaveTrac you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

LeaveTrac helps small businesses track annual leave, entitlement, and team availability. The features available depend on your plan (Free or Pro). We may change, add, or remove features with reasonable notice.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account. If you invite teammates you confirm you have the right to share their name and email with us for the purpose of running your business.

Plans and billing

Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play according to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account. When a Pro subscription ends, your business reverts to the Free plan limits and feature set; no data is deleted.

Acceptable use

Do not use LeaveTrac to harass, deceive, or unlawfully monitor anyone. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or disrupt the service. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

Data ownership

You own the business and leave data you put into LeaveTrac. We hold it only to run the service on your behalf. Exports are available at any time from Settings, and deletion is available at any time from the Danger Zone.

Availability and limitations

We work hard to keep LeaveTrac running but cannot guarantee 100% uptime or that every feature will be free of bugs. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for fraud or gross negligence.

Employment law

LeaveTrac is a record-keeping tool; it is not legal advice. It is your responsibility as an owner to comply with your local employment and working-time regulations, including minimum statutory leave, notice periods, and pay during leave.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms we will notify you in-app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the app after the change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless a mandatory local law applies to you as a consumer.
